Black Boar Truffle Takes Home 2 Awards

Black Boar Truffle’s newest addition to our line of oils, sauces and concentrates TRUmami (Truffle Soy Sauce and Tamari) goes home with TWO awards from this year’s RCA Culinology® Expo, the Annual Meeting of the Research Chefs Association in Denver, Colorado.

BBT is the proud recipient of the coveted CULINOLOGY® INNOVATION AWARD, which is annually awarded to an individual or team for exceeding expectations in the development of a new and innovative product or product line, to acknowledge excellence in three categories: Retail Innovation, Food Service Innovation and/or Functional Ingredient Innovation.
